Refund Policy

If Seamly Pro isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of paying.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Who handles your refund

Seamly is operated by EBSM OZEL SAGLIK HIZMETLERI BILGISAYAR YAZILIM BILISIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Purchases on our website are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our web orders, which issues refunds on our behalf. Purchases made in the iPhone app are sold by Apple, and purchases made in the Android app through Google Play; each handles its own refunds (see section 6).

2. 14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of:

  • a one-time purchase, such as Seamly Pro Lifetime;
  • the first payment of a subscription, including the first charge after a free trial;
  • a subscription renewal.

You don’t need to give a reason. We only refuse a refund where there are clear signs of fraud or abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles.

3. How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, find your order at paddle.net, or email support@seamly.art from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method once approved; your bank may take a few business days to show them.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the editor or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Seamly Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. After the 14-day window, we don’t refund the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it or a fault on our side kept you from using Seamly Pro and we couldn’t fix it.

5. Free trials

If you cancel before a free trial ends, you are not charged. If the trial converts to a paid plan, the 14-day window starts on the day of that first charge.

6. App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can refund them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple’s refund rules apply.

Purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google through Google Play, and Google Play’s refund policies apply. Request a refund from your order history in Google Play, as Google explains here, and cancel a subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.

7. After a refund

A refunded plan stops working when the refund is issued. Your projects stay yours: Pro-only features such as cloud sync, brand kits and Pro exports switch off, and your work stays in your account and on your devices.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and never limits, the rights you have under consumer law where you live, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Türkiye.
