1. Who we are

Seamly — the website at seamly.art, the editor at canvas.seamly.art and the Seamly apps for iPhone and Android — is owned and operated by EBSM OZEL SAGLIK HIZMETLERI BILGISAYAR YAZILIM BILISIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, a limited liability company registered in Türkiye (“Seamly”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us, including for legal notices, at support@seamly.art.

2. Agreement and eligibility

By using Seamly, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Seamly for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in method and device secure, provide accurate information, and tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it is caused by our failure to protect it.

4. The service

Seamly is a visual editor for making social media carousels, collages and stories: templates, photo, text and layout tools, looks, brand kits, exports and cloud sync. Features may differ by device or plan and may change as the product develops. Do not rely on Seamly as the only copy of important content; keep exports or backups.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Seamly a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to follow your sharing or publishing choices. You confirm that you have the rights needed for your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Seamly to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; create or distribute malware; exploit or probe the service; evade limits or access controls; automate abusive traffic; impersonate others; spam; or publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, exploitative or sexually abusive material. We may remove content or restrict accounts reasonably believed to break these rules.

7. Templates

Templates in Seamly, free or Pro, are licensed to you, not sold: you may use them to create personal or commercial end content. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or extract the template itself, and you remain responsible for the rights to any media you add.

8. Plans, prices and payment

Seamly is free to use. Seamly Pro is a paid plan, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase; what each plan includes and costs is shown on our Pricing page and before you pay. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added depending on where you live.

Web purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to those purchases.

App Store purchases. Purchases made in the iPhone app are sold by Apple through the App Store at the prices it shows for your country, and Apple’s terms apply to their billing, cancellation and refunds.

Google Play purchases. Purchases made in the Android app are sold through Google Play at the prices it shows for your country, and Google Play’s terms apply to their billing, cancellation and refunds.

9. Subscriptions, trials and lifetime access

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in effect until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — on the web from Settings in the editor or the link in your Paddle receipt, in the iPhone app from your Apple ID subscription settings, in the Android app from your subscriptions in Google Play — and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We will tell you in advance of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.

The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. The trial length is shown before you start it; if you do not cancel before it ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. One trial per person.

A lifetime purchase is a single payment for Seamly Pro for as long as Seamly offers Seamly Pro, not for the purchaser’s lifetime. It is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.

10. Refunds

You can get a full refund of a web purchase within 14 days, as set out in our Refund Policy. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, and Google Play purchases under Google Play’s refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

11. Intellectual property

Seamly, its software, brand, interface and first-party templates and materials are owned by EBSM OZEL SAGLIK HIZMETLERI BILGISAYAR YAZILIM BILISIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Seamly or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious or repeated violations, or the protection of other users. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to export content.

13. Disclaimers

Seamly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, particular audience results, or that exports will meet every platform’s future requirements.

14. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Seamly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Seamly in the previous 12 months or US$100.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without overriding the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Please contact support@seamly.art first so we can try to resolve a dispute. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, unless consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live; consumers in Türkiye may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502.

16. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes, and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Seamly after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
